If I could give Dana Patterson-Sims 10 stars, I would! Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but Dana made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and surprisingly easy. Her knowledge of the Little Rock market is unmatched, and she was able to help us find our dream home in such a competitive market. She was proactive with updates, answered every text/email immediately, and advocated for us through negotiations. If you want a realtor who is a consummate professional and genuinely cares about her clients, go with Dana! She has gained a client for life.

Maryanne Campbell (aka Mac) provided professional and personable serviceswith my newest home purchase. She seemed instinctively to what my needs were with what I already knew. Much of her experience has been learned through years as a realtor, however she delivered a special touch all along the way that comes from her heart. Real estate has its ever changing set of rules, regulations, etc. Mac is keenly aware of a plethora of information to help and guide you through the process. She was Johnny on the spot with ALL communications, and guiding me through each step as soon as it was time. My deepest regret; is also my greatest blessing to have found a Real Estate Angel. I put an offer on the second house she showed me. I closed in less them a month. She will always carry a special place in my heart and home. Thank you Mac, I miss you already.

Mr. Webre and his team have a great track record of taking care of their tenants. I've rented a home managed by RE501 for a couple years now and every time an issue arises, no matter how big (like needing the roof to be replaced after storm damage) or small (like the washing machine deciding it was time to retire), the team at RE501 has taken care of it quickly and efficiently. They communicate well with my partner and I to resolve issues when we find them and we have never felt like our voices as tenants aren't being heard. We love the home we rent through RE501 and we plan to stay for many years to come. If you're a renter in the Central Arkansas area, you should definitely give Mr. Webre and his team a call!
